These terms cover proof.bsvkey.com, run by Embryo Space Inc., doing business as BSVKey ("we"). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it. If you have a separate written agreement with us, that agreement wins where the two differ.

What the site is

The Proof Wall downloads BSVKey's public Bitcoin BSV transactions and block headers and checks them in your browser. A pass shows the math checked out for the data WhatsOnChain returned at that moment; it depends on that service and on your browser, and is not an audit or a guarantee of any product.

Not advice

Nothing here is financial, investment, legal, tax or engineering advice. Examples, figures and blockchain transactions shown are illustrations, not recommendations or guarantees.

Names of others

Other companies, agencies, standards and products are named only to identify them. Unless we say so, they are not affiliated with us and do not endorse us. "BSVKey" and related marks belong to Embryo Space Inc., and an open-source license does not grant rights to them.

Acceptable use

Do not use the site for anything unlawful, or try to break, overload or get around it.

No warranty, and limits on liability

The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost funds, data or profits, arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms removes rights that the law where you live says cannot be waived.

Changes

We may change the site or these terms. The date at the top shows the current version, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
